Module Overview

Activity 1: Aseptic Conditions

• The learner learns about the aseptic conditions that are a prerequisite for any bioproduct manufacturing. This includes air handling, hygiene and cleanliness measures in aseptic production areas


Activity 2: Building a filling Line

• The learner discovers different equipment used in a filling line. Through different manipulations, the learner discovers their functioning and the precautions to take.


Activity 3: Intervention in filling process

• Each operator must be able to recognize and categorize the different interventions necessary for the proper functioning of the line.

• A final evaluation at the last module to assess what you have learnt in the curriculum (max. 3 attempts, 80% of correct answers required)

Required equipment
